Glendon Permit & Licenses
The Village of Glendon issues permits for homeowners, developers, builders and businesses. It is important for property owners to understand the process of obtaining approval for their projects. Proper documentation ensures new developments meet the Land Use Bylaw requirements regarding safety, consistency and standards like complying with the village’s land use map as well as other requirements.
A personal shall not initiate development without proper approval. It is strongly encouraged that property owners and/or developers obtain permits before their project start date to ensure proper completion of their work.
